Broadway's history of spectacular flops didn't end in 1990, the final year covered in Not Since Carrie. This collection picks up where the book left off, chronicling notable musical failures from the 1990s to today.It follows roughly the same criteria Ken Mandelbaum used in the book: musicals with short Broadway runs - 250 performances or fewer - that did not go on to regular future productions or a national tour. Revues, bookless song cycles, dance musicals, and jukebox musicals are excluded. The list also includes notable shows that closed before reaching Broadway.
