Swimming to Cambodia

Lincoln Center Theater

May 13 - Aug 3, 1986

This tenth in a series of ongoing autobiographic monologs is based on Spalding’s exploits as an actor in the award-winning film The Killing Fields. His stories reel from the massive parlors of Bangkok through the over-air conditioned American Embassy, over the Cambodian genocide, and to the beaches of southern Thailand in search of his always elusive perfect moment.
