Description SisterPlay is an intimate theatrical experience inspired by the true story of playwright Elizabeth Ostler's sister, Lisa, who died while in custody at the Salt Lake County Metro Jail. This play explores the complicated terrain of sisterhood, addiction, grief, forgiveness, and the systems that shape our lives. Rather than offering easy answers, the play invites audiences into a shared act of reflection, asking what it means to love someone through impossible circumstances, how we carry loss, and where healing begins. Whether you have been personally impacted by these experiences or simply seek powerful, thought-provoking theater, SisterPlay offers an evening of profound storytelling, connection, and artistry.
