Sacrifices

SACRIFICES is a powerful new musical set in ancient Jerusalem during the final years before the city's destruction. The story follows four unforgettable characters, a poet, an artisan, a rebel, and a scholar, as they search for hope in a society torn apart by extremism, inequality, and political division. Through their intertwined journeys, Sacrifices transforms a defining moment in history into a deeply human and timeless story about community, courage, resilience, and the difficult work of rebuilding a fractured world. Blending a soaring score that fuses Eastern and Western musical traditions, Sacrifices honors the great traditions of American musical theater while forging a bold and distinctive identity of its own. Rich in emotion, spectacle, and universal themes, the musical offers a fresh theatrical experience that speaks across cultures and generations. With its message of unity, brotherhood, and hope, Sacrifices has all the ingredients of a modern classic. It asks a question that is as urgent today as it was two thousand years ago: When the world around us seems to be falling apart, what can still be saved?
