Ocean in a Teacup is based on the true story of an American pacifist in India during World War Two, who betrays his vow never to kill, and is offerred a unique path to redemption and fulfillment by a Bengali doctor and spiritual teacher. It is also a touching love story as his fiance tries to bring him home.
