Emmy Award-winning actor and 2025 Theater Hall of Fame inductee Richard Thomas brings to life Mark Twain, “the nation’s one true comic genius” (The New York Times). This celebrated theatrical event will be followed by a special talkback with prizewinning and bestselling author of eight works of history and biography Ron Chernow. Through Twain’s wit, humor and timeless observations, Thomas captures the spirit of one of America’s most beloved literary voices. Most recently seen on Broadway in Our Town and The Balusters, Thomas is the first and only actor authorized to perform Mark Twain Tonight! since the original production.
