End of the Day, Ep 1

Survival isn’t guaranteed. Neither is coupling up after a massive extinction event. But British reality contestants Tud, Myleigh, and Lancelot keep trying - failing, and failing better. Isolated from the outside world, they dance between denial and acceptance, searching for love and meaning in a pointless, absurd existence. Inspired by Love Island UK, The Sims 4, and Theatre of the Absurd, End of the Day, Ep 1 explores love and connection in the “coronial age.” Content Warning: Depiction of grief & loss, sexist and homophobic language. Brief discussions of body dysmorphia, climate disaster, loss of a parent, genocide, and mental illness.
