Participants take on characters, campaign to become mayor, and decide how to develop a new plot of land that’s emerged from the riverbed. The show’s world is built in real time—on a base of fifteen pounds of pudding—using food products as the building materials in this collaborative act of urban planning, electioneering, and play.
